Since its inception in 1980 the company has supplied and serviced the Plastics Industry in SA and neighbouring states with plastics conversion machinery. In 1998 we commenced with the design and construction of high-tech plastic film conversion machinery for the packaging industry.

From its base in Johannesburg South Africa Technimac produces side seal and bottom seal bag making machines under the Guenter/Technimac brand. The various types of machines and attachments are marketed and sold in Southern Africa as well as exported to Europe and the US.

The machines are renowned for their quality, endurance, high performance, ease of operation as well as low energy consumption.
Built with almost 100% local content and supported by an in-house precision engineering parts manufacturing facility enabling Technimac to be largely self-reliant. These capabilities together with access to long established supply chains for parts and components have created a stable and reliable supply base.
